Alexis Norko
Hollow Eyes
Hollow Eyes is a 10-minute narrative film about an artist and a harsh client examining creativity under transactional and professional pressures. As a former art major, Alexis has struggled with expression under artistic boundaries. The main character Darcey, a young artist, faces an internal challenge of fun or career. The client is always right! Lucy, the client, serves as an obstacle in the way of Darcey’s passion. Where does creativity end and capitalism begin.
Hollow Eyes was shot off campus with a crew of 6-7 people. Special thanks to For Art’s Sake, Mount Pleasant and Jennifer.
