Demosynthesis - Video Game

Demosynthesis is a multiplayer action platformer about plant-human hybrids fighting back against waves of deranged robots and escaping an oppressive futuristic city. It takes inspiration from classic couch co-op games like Contra and Super Mario Bros, as well as more contemporary titles like Call of Duty: Zombies and Dark Souls. Its gameplay blends endless horde survival, 360 degree freeform melee and spellcasting combat, and tactical character building into one tight, neon package. Demosynthesis challenges its players to plan through unpredictability, both in-game and in life, and reminds them that both skill and strategy are necessary for success.
